By using 8BFR Music Network ("8BFR", "we", "the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Users must be 16 or older for full access. Users aged 13-15 require parental consent. Users 12 and under may only use KidZone with verified parental supervision. KidZone is fully moderated and all activity is logged.
You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. Do not share your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all original content you upload. By uploading, you grant 8BFR a license to display and distribute your content on the platform. You must own or have rights to all content you upload. Do not upload copyrighted material that you do not own.
8BFR uses an honor-based revenue model. When a buyer purchases music, they pay the artist directly via PayPal. The artist receives 100% at the point of sale. Artists are expected to send 20% of each sale to 8bfr.music@gmail.com afterward. Artists keep 100% of streaming royalties from external platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).
Producers upload their own license agreements with their beats. 8BFR Music Network and James Siburt are not liable for refunds, disputes, licensing disagreements, or copyright issues related to beat sales. All transactions are between the buyer and the producer.
Artists and beatmakers must submit a Spotify link for verification by the owner. Only verified artists and beatmakers can upload music. The verified badge (checkmark) is a separate paid feature. Verification can be revoked at any time.
The following are prohibited on 8BFR:
KidZone is a fully moderated space for children. All activity is logged and monitored. Any unlawful actions involving minors will result in an immediate ban and referral to law enforcement. Parents must verify their identity to manage child accounts. Children cannot access adult sections of the platform.
8BFR provides AI-powered tools including lyrics writing, album cover generation, mastering, file conversion, and more. Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any content used with these tools. Do not use AI tools to generate content that infringes on copyrights. 8BFR is not responsible for the output of AI tools.
Paid subscription tiers (VIP, Creator Pro, Elite) provide additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violations of these terms. Users may delete their own accounts at any time.
8BFR Music Network is provided "as is" without warranty. James Siburt and 8BFR are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, loss of data, or disputes between users.
